Senior designers work alongside engineers and product managers from the first workshop so the design we ship is feasible, measurable, and aligned with the product roadmap.
Engagements are led by a senior product designer and supported by a UX researcher, UI designer, and a design director for reviews. For production work we pair the designer with the front-end engineer who will build the screens, so design decisions, tokens, and component behaviour are validated in code from the start.
Five stages: research and discovery, strategy and concept, design and prototyping, storytelling and experience, and delivery. We run short iterative loops - weekly reviews with the client, usability checks on high-risk flows, and AI-assisted visualization to explore directions faster without cutting the craft.
A Figma file with production-ready screens and reusable components, a design-token library (colour, type, spacing, motion), interactive prototypes of key flows, research notes and persona documents, and a handover pack linking components to front-end implementation so engineering doesn't redraw anything.
We use AI for early-stage divergent exploration (mood, layout variants, copy tone), usability heuristic reviews on static screens, and for generating alt-text and accessibility annotations.
