We define review scope, sign NDAs, and get read access to repositories, infrastructure, CI/CD, and monitoring. We interview key engineers and review documentation. Typical setup takes 2-3 days.
Senior engineers review architecture patterns, code quality, test coverage, deployment pipeline, security posture, and infrastructure configuration. We stress-test scalability claims and quantify tech debt.
